We use the Neural Fascial Systems approach, blending advanced manual therapy with modern neuroscience to restore movement, relieve pain, and support lasting recovery.

Your journey begins with a thorough initial assessment, where your therapist identifies the movement issues holding you back. From there, they design a personalized plan aimed at eliminating pain, restoring movement, and building strength to address current problems and prevent future problems.

We use a hands‑on method focuses on restoring movement, targeted muscle activation, and whole‑body stabilization, helping you develop resilience from the inside out—so you leave not just feeling better, but moving with greater control and confidence.

Annie Hadley

Physical Therapy

Annie Hadley is a highly skilled physical therapist with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and a passion for helping people move and feel their best. Combining her deep clinical knowledge with a specialized focus on how the nervous system and muscles communicate, she goes beyond traditional treatments. By looking at how the entire body moves and functions as a whole, she develops precise, effective strategies to help patients overcome injuries and reach their peak physical potential.

Operating in environments where fast recovery and flawless physical performance are essential, Annie has built an extensive career treating professional athletes, Broadway performers, high-profile celebrities, and touring entertainers. Her work spans elite sports facilities and private concierge care, where she uses the latest recovery tools and advanced movement techniques to keep the world’s top performers, and everyday patients, at the top of their game.

At the core of Annie’s practice is a simple but powerful philosophy: true recovery isn’t just about fixing a tight or weak muscle. It’s about retraining the brain and body to work together seamlessly. As a respected educator and expert in advanced muscle activation technology, Annie bridges the gap between complex clinical science and real-world results, empowering every patient with the tools they need for long-term healing, resilience, and optimal wellness.
